Before buying this product I used a Zojiarushi brand in a condo I was renting. When I bought my own place I wanted my own -- it was so convenient -- but was a little put-off by the price of Zojiarushi. Aroma cost less, but it is easily as nice! I can't find anything inferior about it at all! I especially love how easy it is to dispense and that it locks after a couple of minutes.Thank you Aroma!
