    Product Description

    From the Manufacturer

COMPACT SIZE: good things do come in small packages. Rheem Tankless is about one third the size of a conventional water heater. Sophisticated technology has reduced the size and increased the features and benefits. A digital display makes setting a precise water temperature, or monitoring the unit's status, a snap! Its compact size will leave room for a water softener or extra storage.

Now that it's all hooked up and turned on, after about three weeks so far, it appears to be working beautifully. FishInCO  |  1 reviewer made a similar statement
I previously had a Bosch 125B tankless unit that served it purpose OK for 8 years but that was needing some costly repairs. NiceNative
You may need to upgrade your gas line to 3/4", since most take units would not have a 3/4 supply in place. Colleen M Bachman

    5.0 out of 5 starsAWESOME...however a little pricey to install even if your a diyOctober 31, 2010
    By Robert Lacour

I love this tankless water heater with a passion, however the main unit is the cheapest part of the whole thing. The installation is VERY EXPENSIVE, you must buy special high flow natural gas lines, water valves that can easily be used to clean the water heater if you live in a hard water area or have a well"never had a problem with this", expensive stainless steal vents that only rheem offers, you must have an outlet to power the water heater unlike the old water heater were a thermocouple supplied power, and etc. Im pretty sure im missing something. However once installed you will never go back to those old style tank heaters. The biggest plus is that you will never have to worry about running out of hot water again. The instructions said something about a high flow gas meter but i never did and never had a problem with everything running full tilt in the middle of winter. I am very happy with it and its been over two years!!pros..constant hot water when taking shower, low gas bill, remote to set water heat, tax rebate, supposed to last a long time, stainless steal vent that will never rust, very very smallcons...takes an extra few seconds for water to get hot, cost a fortune to install whether your a diy or have it done professionally, makes small clicking noises when turning on and turning off, complicated to the extreme..lot of parts inside that may break..i.e. circuit board, fan, igniter, remote panel, heat exchanger, sensors out the wazzoo "i opened it up out of curiosity and it looked like nasa engineered it"ADDED... JUNE 13 2011 This is awesome i love it!! lowest water bill ive ever had 15 bucks! yea i know the circuit board went out but it hasn't gave me a problem since and i love how the hot water never runs out. TOTALLY SATISFIED
